Builder Services

With more than 30 years of builder and new construction experience, Elements of Design has what you need to get the job done. We assist with plan and specifications to ensure they are appropriate for your market and right for your buyers.

We will meet with new homebuyers:

• Free initial orientation – let us help you close the sale!

• Show complete selections – interior and exterior

• CAD drawings of tile designs, specialized cabinets, etc

• Professional, customized color selection sheets

• Signed packet complete with all colors and drawings

We will work with your vendors and have relationships with several quality suppliers and installers when additional outsourcing is needed.

Residential Design

Elements of Design offers residential design for anyone interested in help with their existing décor or designing rooms from scratch.

We can rearrange an existing room for a fresh look, or help purchase new furniture and accessories. New furnishings and decor are shipped to our white glove receiving warehouse and then delivered and set up in your home.

Building A New Home?

Some new home builders may not offer design services. We are happy to help the homebuyer in selecting design options in the builder’s showroom or ours. Hourly and flat rate fees available.
